細江英公・所幸則・大和田良・杉本剛（ニューヨーク在住)・平野太呂・松本美枝子・AOKI takamasa（ベルリン在住）ら活躍中の日本の写真家からセレクトしたスライドショープログラム。16日（土）17日（日）は写真家とギャラリスト、編集者などのライブトークショーが予定されています。

This slideshow programme features the selected works of living Japanese photographers: Eikoh Hosoe, Yukinori Tokoro, Ryo Ohwada, Taro Hirano, Mieko Matsumoto, Go Sugimoto (from NY), Takamasa AOKI (from Berlin). There will be a talk show by the participating photographers based in Japan, gallerists and editors on the 16th and 17th of January.

2009年、レビューサンタフェ、アルルフォトフォリオレビューで写真家永田陽一が出会ったステキな世界の写真家達を紹介するスライドショー。

These special slideshows are portfolios of photographers who participated in Arles Photo Folio Review and Review Santa Fe.

What astonished me the most when I attended Review Santa Fe in 2009 was the wide variety and high level of works presented by the 100 photographers from both the US and overseas. The portfolio viewing where portfolios of the 100 photographers were displayed together was truly spectacular. It was probably the first time I experienced such great joy in looking at photographs. Furthermore, every photographer was very friendly.

I decided to produce this slideshow in the hope that I would be able to share as much as possible part of my moving experience. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to all the photographers who accepted my request to participate in this slideshow.（Yoichi Nagata)

「トーキョー・ポートフォリオ・レヴュー展」

2007年より開催されている、後藤繁雄が発足したG/P gallery主催のトー キョー・ポートフォリオ・レヴューは新たな写真の才能発掘のためのレヴューイベントです。ギャラリー、出版、評論等様々な分野で現在活躍してい る人物で構成されたレヴューアー・チームが、レコメンダーが推薦するフォ トアーティスト達のポートフォリオを公開レヴューします。若手作家と、そのポートフォリオを介してその作品の評価や制作の戦略をアーティスト自身のみならずレヴューアー陣や一般のオーディエンスが対話によって深めてゆく発展の場として不定期で開催しています。 今回は、赤レンガ倉庫2F過去3回のレヴューの参加作家の中から選別され た約20名の若手作家の作品を展示します。日本写真の若き才能、その多様性をぜひご覧ください。

Tokyo Portfolio Review is a series of review events open to young and talented photographers. The participating artists are first selected by members of recommender team, and they sit vis-a-vis the reviewers working actively in today’s creative scene. The portfolios of young artists are closely examined from the point of view of editorial, publishing and critic professionals (Some reviewers serve as recommenders). The events are also open to public audiences. TokyoPortfolio Review is organized by G/P gallery on an irregular base, to encourage and discover potential photographers and artists through the dialogue between artists, reviewers and recommenders as well as public audiences. In Yokohama Photo Festival, 20 selected artists among the past participators from the last 3 reviews will exhibit their works. We welcome you to witness the diversity of Japanese young photographer’s works.

「Utsuroi 　写真家18人からのメッセージ」

フィルムや銀塩写真文化を残そうと活動を始めた写真家の活動「ゼラチンシルバーセッション」のプロデューサーとして携わった澤野計が2007年の1年間、ボランティアとして参加したことを端緒にシネマトグラファーの梶本幸孝氏と共にテーマを追い続け、新たに追加取材した記録を加えて完成させた記録映画です。また従来の映画制作や興業スタイルを越えて、様々な新しい試みも同時にチャレンジしようとしている実験的な作品でもあります。
